How does it work?

Pick your favorite tea from the menu, personalize it, and check out. Kick back and wait for your barista to arrive with your freshly-made tea in 30 minutes. You can also place an order in advance to have your drinks delivered at a later time. In that case, you will have your drinks reserved, without needing to worry about an item being sold out.

Where do you serve tea?

A map of our current service area can be found ​here​. Out of our service area but want us to bring tea to where you are? Leave us a quick note and we will add your request to our upcoming new service areas. Rest assured, you will be the first one to know when we’re open in your neighborhood.

When do you serve tea?

You can either schedule a delivery in advance, or get your tea on demand between 11:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

How do I order?

Simply pick your favorite drink from the menu, personalize it, and check out. You will be notified via SMS / phone when your barista is arriving at your location, so you can be the first one to greet your drinks at the curbside!

Is there an order minimum?

Nope, no minimum order. You can order one tea just by yourself, or grab a couple of friends to order with you. Delivery is FREE when you get 3 drinks or more.

What’s Group Ordering?

What’s Group Ordering? Group ordering makes it super easy to for you and your friends to order tea together. Simply log in to your account and click on “Group Order” to create a unique link. Share the link with friends who you’d like to invite.Wait for your friends to finish adding their favorite drinks to the group cart. When everyone is done, you (the Group Order owner) can simply check out and pay for all the drinks in the cart. Easy, isn’t it?

Do you have a mobile App?

Not yet, but we’re working on it! Meanwhile, you can get these drinks via our website at on your desktop or mobile browser.


Can I track my order?

You can find the status of your order on the Account page: Log in > Account > Order History.

Can I add a drink to my order?

To add an extra drink (or two) to your existing order, simply place a new order with the same time window and address. Then drop us a note to get the delivery fee waived on your second order!

Can I reschedule my order?

Sure thing! You can reschedule you order up to 45 minutes prior to the beginning of your selected delivery time window. Simply respond to the order confirmation SMS to reach our Customer Happiness team, or send us a message.

Where can I meet my barista?

To keep the service awesome and affordable, we only offer curbside delivery at this time. All you need to do is to come outside to street level curbside upon receiving the order approaching SMS.

How can I reach my barista?

Upon order placement, you will receive an SMS confirming the order. If you have any urgent requests or changes, simply respond to the SMS (by texting us back at the same number) to reach our Customer Happiness team who can assist you.
